FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I make a booking?

Please provide us with your PWS / wedding date and we will check on our availability.

Upon confirmation of our availability, we will issue you an invoice for a 50% deposit payment to lock down our date. Do note that the date will only be booked when we have received your deposit.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

We have reserved the date solely for you and will have to reject other brides who request for a booking on the same date. As such, all cancellations will result in a forfeit of the deposit payment.

However, we are able to do a one-time rescheduling of the service date, subjected to our availability.

How long is a makeup + hair session?

A fresh makeup and hairstyling typically takes 2 hours.

A touch up and change of hairstyle takes around 30 minutes.

Do you do mothers/sisters/bridesmaids makeover?

If adding on bridal party makeup on top of bridal makeup

Yes, you can add on additional makeup services for your bridal party / mother but it can only be done if time permits as we will prioritise the bride’s makeup.

Bridal party’s makeup will be done after the bride’s and it will take 1 hour per pax.

If booking bridal party’s makeup alone

If you do not have a bridal makeup package with us, the bridal party’s makeup slots will only be open for booking 3 months before the service date as our slots will be reserved for the brides as much as possible.

What is the difference between bridal and wedding guest services?

Bridal makeup is more elaborate and the hairstyling will be more intricate to ensure that the bride stands out the most on her wedding day.

For wedding guests, basic makeup and hairstyling will be provided, hence the makeover time is shorter as well.

Where and when will the makeup & hair trial be held?

We recommend having the makeup & hair trial around 4 weeks before your wedding so that your skin condition and hair length is closest to the wedding date’s.

Trials will be done at our makeup studio on weekdays. Weekend slots are subjected to availability.

Nobody likes Hidden Charges!

We are not a fan too, that is why when you inquire with us, we will share all possible charges based on the services that you require. We will also include an itemised invoice so that you are aware of what you are paying for.

Are there any surcharges?

Yes, as a standard industry practice, every hour between the makeup start time and 7 AM is chargeable at $50 per hour per makeup artist.

There is also a transport surcharge to Changi / Sentosa which is $50 per makeup artist per session.

If I do not require ampoules and/or faux eyelashes, will there be a discount?

Unfortunately, no discount or reduction of rate will be given as these are complimentary items in the package.

We definitely recommend using these items in order to complete the bridal look.
